Aston Villa set new Premier League record under Unai Emery as Tyrone Mings scores first goal since November 2021

Aston Villa have continued their fine form under Unai Emery by setting a new Premier League scoring record.
The Villains are currently chasing a European finish, and played host to a Fulham side who are also seeking continental football.
Emery’s side have been hugely impressive in recent weeks and carried their form into the match against the Cottagers.
John McGinn’s corner was headed in by Tyrone Mings to give the hosts a deserved lead at Villa Park – the defender’s first since November 2021.
Villa have now scored in all 20 league games with Emery at the helm, which is the most consecutive games in Premier League history that a team with a new manager have scored in.
Such form in front of goal could help seal a mightily impressive end to the season for the club, with Emery proving his credentials once again.
