Rafael Leao starts for Rossoneri while Nerazzuri unchanged from first leg win as San Siro rivals face off for place in Champions League final

Inter Milan and AC Milan face off again this evening, with the Nerazzurri in pole position for a place in the Champions League final. 

Inter dominated the first leg of the semi-final last week and beat their rivals 2-0, taking a huge step towards securing a place in Istanbul. 

The Rossoneri now face a tough challenge to come back from behind in the last Derby della Madonnina of the campaign at the San Siro. 

And if they fail to do so, it will be Simone Inzaghi and co who will go on to their first Champions League final since 2010 to face either Manchester City or Real Madrid.
