Chelsea have ended their last group match in the UEFA Champions League for this campaign in a dramatic ways, after draw at Zenit St Petersburg on Wednesday evening.

The Blues made perfect start to the game and found themselves lead inside two minutes, through Timo Werner.

Magomed Ozdoyev netted a long-range effort to level it for the Russian giants. Meanwhile, Juventus beating Malmo to secured top spot on Group H.
